Check your order ( Size, fitting , material & design ) before paying to the courier.

You have every right to return the item ON SPOT and paying the delievery fees only.

Returns & exchanges : must be within 14 working days & item with the full package with tags (Barcode tag)

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, with the full packaging and barcode tag attached.
  

• Exchanges are available online through our courier service within 14 working days after receiving the order.
  

• Returns are available online only through our courier service.
  

• As we operate online only, we do not have a physical store for returns or exchanges.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges at any events (such as bazaars or open days).

Sale Items

• Items purchased on sale CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

• Sale items can only be exchanged within 14 working days through our courier service.
